I bought the video game Dragon’s Dogma for 32.85, a decent deal, considering I’d being dealing with auctions that would rise up to 40 bucks in the last 20 seconds. But in my haste to get the game, I’ve taken up with a new seller.
I paid for the game through Paypal instantly transferring funds from my bank account on Sunday Feb 3 and it is now Wed Feb 6, and he hasn’t claimed the Paypal payment yet.
So how long should I give him before cancelling?

I am new to ebay. And recently I placed an order from this seller but didn’t complete the payment. Then later after some days I went back to ebay and again placed an order of the same product but didn’t pay for it yet. I found better deal on the other website so bought the product from the other website. Now on ebay on the purchased history there are those two orders and said that I need to pay it. Then I contacted the seller saying that I want to cancel the order and the seller did reply and send a cancellation request just for one order. The other order is still there and it says that I have already paid for it but I am very sure that I haven’t paid for that. I don’t understand it.

Today tesco told me they could not deliver my shopping as there wasn’t enough money in my account. It’s confused me as I knew there was. I was then told my shopping was a lot more than what I had ordered. They then told me you must have money in your account that your shopping would cost before promotions are are taken out, even though this is not the amount I would be charged. There was absolutely nothing I could do, I even offered to pay the actual amount the shopping would cost by card over the phone but they could not do this. I did spend the morning on the phone to tesco customers services, who where no help at all. They told me this was in the terms and conditions but I could not find this stated any where. There only information I could find was when placing your order they take a £2 deposit out of your account, then when your shopping is processed in store they take the actual amount from your account and refund the £2. I am still waiting for a reply from the tesco Facebook page, but they seem to be answering all of the other posts and not getting to mine. I would like to know if any one else has experienced this, or if you could point me in the right direction as to where I could find the correct information. Safe to say I will no longer be using tesco online shopping.

how does the payment work in ebay.com, if i pay him through a credit card will i get a refund from ebay or anyone if i dont receive the product? This guy hasnt payed me for about 8 days

I’m trying to order a pair of Steel Gauntlets to complete my suit of armor and I’ve always used my Visa for online transactions. However I’ve never payed via PaisaPay. As an exclusive to Ebay.in can I still use my american visa to purchase through PaisaPay? It’s my only form of payment for online orders.
My bank is Mountain 1st, It’s not on the list for debit banks either.
I’m lost. How can I pay for the item?

My husband and I file jointly. He has a paycheck and federal taxes withheld from that. I have a business and make the quarterly estimated tax payments, and file the taxes on our personal return. We now realize he may not have had enough withheld from paychecks this year, and we may get the underpayment penalty. Can I make a big estimated quarterly payment for my business to make up for this and avoid the penalty? Meaning, does the IRS care how we made payments, as long as we did them in 2012?

I bought a video game from Tesco last night and payed via debit card. Are debit card payments taken out instantly? I’m asking this because nothing has been taken out of my account. I was at the self service checkout and the machine messed up so i’m wondering if it’s a possibility I have been given the game for free OR will the money be taken out at a later date? (It’s been around 24 hours since the transaction) I don’t know if that helps

I have always used PayPal as a buyer and as a seller to make payments. I sold an item making it clear in the description that all payments are to be completed through Paypal only and after I sent an invoice to the buyer he replied this message:
“I do not have paypal I can pay by bank transfer directly await information”
how does this payment method work and is it safe? do I have to give any information to him?
